Leicester Lakes Pattern Book, Leicester, VT. 2004
An architectural and site design guideline for new lakeshore development in the town of Leicester. The goal of this study was to provide recommendations for the future based on existing siting and architectural patterns found in the lakes area. Shoreline set backs, slopes, lot clearing, architectural forms, window arrangements and porches are examples of patterns that were studied.
