Addison Farmstead, Addison, VT 2013-Present

Renovations to a historic Vermont farmstead. Stone walls tie the architecture into the sloping site creating stepped outdoor rooms with views west to the Adirondack Mountain range. Modern bluestone and grass terraces accent an elegant lap pool tucked into a landscape of 19th century barns and outbuildings. Fragrant plantings of Russian Sage and Thyme surround an outdoor shower. Native grasses and perennials sweep through the site, blending into the adjacent meadows.
