Westport Library, Westport, NY 2013
Master plan for the historic Westport Library site and ‘Lawn’, built in 1884. A series of outdoor rooms, intimate and communal, relate to the functions and form of the library. A broad grass terrace acknowledges the historical evolution of the architecture and site while enhancing views of Lake Champlain and the surrounding Village.
